Janet Turner
Janet Turner is a licensed civil engineer in Oregon (#56487) and Washington (#49715), as well as a Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design (LEED) accredited professional, with 19 years of experience in all aspects of civil engineering design in both public and private sectors. She is dedicated to being a valued project team member throughout the life of a project, by providing her engineering expertise in a collaborative way, while always maintaining focus on the project’s goals and objectives.
Her experience working on development projects, within multiple jurisdictions, has given Janet a comprehensive working knowledge of the intricate land use and development permitting processes associated with each municipality. Each jurisdiction requires differing requirements for site development permitting and more specifically, stormwater management design and development. Understanding this and being able to maneuver through the various permitting hurdles is an added value that JTE brings to any development team
